I just purchased the 4 weeks promotion for $69.00 at burn boot camp and only went once since my work scheduled changed. I called to let them know that I have only used one day and due to change of work schedule; I won't be able to attend the classes and asked if I can get a refund and they said NO. They didn't even try to work with me or make an exception. I joined Burn to help me cope with depression and get me out of my house. After a year of not working out, I decided it was time to move, join a community with like-minded individuals and loose all the extra pounds I had gained from 2020.
