This place is a game changer. The workouts are varied and well designed. Theyre challenging but accessible for everyone. Its 45 minutes of time to focus on me. The included childcare is so helpful when I need to bring my son with. It helps eliminate boundaries that would keep me from getting my workout in. The people are top notch. Amazing community and awesome trainers! One camp is never the same as the next so there’s no opportunity to become bored with working out there! The floating floor is sooo forgiving on my knees and joints. No matter where you are at with your fitness journey, you would fit in here! Highly recommend Burn Bootcamp!!💙
