Burn Springdale is amazing! The trainers really care about you and will push you to succeed. They are also there to help you with modifications for any exercise and no two classes will be the same. The people are amazing and it’s easy to make friends and find belonging. They even have one on one focus meetings to help you meet your goals. The childwatch team is awesome and my kids love coming! It is in a great location as well!
I started out 5 years ago, in January, and haven't looked back! I lost over 30lbs after having baby #2, have kept it off and built muscle. I love the community, all the trainers are knowledgable and very helpful. Having a place with child care is so helpful too!
