I just love Burn! I love the challenge. The group setting keeps me going. The community is fire!!!
I attended my first Burn Boot Camp workout today and had a great experience. The staff and members were very welcoming and made it a fun environment to be in from the start. Courtney was the trainer, and she was absolutely amazing. She challenged me throughout the workout while keeping everything engaging and enjoyable the entire time. If you’re looking for a place to workout, I’d definitely recommend checking out Burn Boot Camp. I highly suggest jumping into one of Courtney’s classes and you won’t be disappointed.
This gym and the staff are all 5 stars. They offer great workouts and excellent childwatch care for your little ones!
If you’re looking for more than just a gym, this is the place. From the moment you walk in, you feel the energy, encouragement, and genuine sense of community. Burn Springdale is amazing! The trainers really care about you and will push you to succeed. They are also there to help you with modifications for any exercise and no two classes will be the same. The people are amazing and it’s easy to make friends and find belonging. They even have one on one focus meetings to help you meet your goals. The childwatch team is awesome and my kids love coming! It is in a great location as well!
