Perfectly curated workouts with all the equipment you don’t have at home! Stations and community makes for what feels like a quick workout that is super effective! The childcare options are also wonderful!!! They do a great job with the kids and you can give a quick sand in between rotations if your kids are standing at the huge glass window. So many class timings as well! A time that fits all schedules!

1/22/24 was my first experience at Burn - I've heard so much about it. I was nervous - intimidated to say the least. IT WAS FANTASTIC!! Everyone associated with this gym made me feel welcome & checked on me during the 45 min session and afterwards. Got a text that evening asking me how I felt & if I had any questions. There is all fitness levels - no one should feel intimidated!! I'm so glad I made this commitment to myself!! Thank you Burn Springdale!!
