Honestly, I really really needed direction and help to get me on the right track for my fitness journey. I have done about 80 camps so far and I can already do things I was just unable to do before joining this gym. I can jump finally, it’s been 10 years since I ran and just last week ran my first three miles, and even though some of the camps push my knees, I have had significantly less knee pain. After recently moving to Dallas area I started at burn with my son and we have made so many friends and even found a babysitter through the childcare program! The workouts are amazing and science backed and I have gotten so much stronger. The coaches and staff are so nice and supportive! Overall I love it and couldn’t be happier that we found this community!

I have had the best experience at Burn Boot Camp. Over the last 18 months, my strength and overall knowledge of strength training have increased tremendously. The trainers are wonderful and truly invested in helping members succeed. The staff takes great pride in providing a clean, supportive, and welcoming environment. The childcare option is also amazing! My child absolutely loved her experience. I’m so grateful to have been a part of this community.
