After having three kids and starting a business. I told myself I didn't have time to workout. I quickly learned that I had to MAKE time, because I didn't like who I had become. Burn helped me fall in love with exercise again, has offered me a positive outlet for my competitive side (IYKYK) and has introduced me to an amazing community with similar goals.
