Burn is the absolute best! I started out intimidated by lifting weights but the trainers and other attendees helped me modify and encouraged me to push myself. Plus it is so flexible with child watch included and the flexibility to cancel if needed for no extra charge. I have grown so much in confidence, energy, and strength. I look forward to attending camp, even though it is challenging, because the community is so welcoming.
After having three kids and starting a business. I told myself I didn't have time to workout. I quickly learned that I had to MAKE time, because I didn't like who I had become. Burn helped me fall in love with exercise again, has offered me a positive outlet for my competitive side (IYKYK) and has introduced me to an amazing community with similar goals. I go to bed excited to wake up and go to Burn...how about that?! Join...it may just change your life!
Burn is truly the BEST! I look forward to going to each and every camp. There is always a warm welcoming, a great community, incredible workouts and most importantly supportive trainers. Joining Burn Boot Camp was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
