I'm so thrilled to be part of the BURN Norwood’s community, where everyone is welcome with open arms, free from judgment and prejudice. I had a great time dropping into a core/cardio class this morning while visiting family in the area! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the coach did an awesome job keeping the energy high throughout the entire class. The members were just as welcoming and encouraging, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend checking out a class at the Norwood location—I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!
I was struggling to find a workout that really stuck after having a baby and my body was feeling older than my years. I stumbled upon Burn Boot Camp and was immediately hooked. I haven’t been in such good shape since my 20s and I feel like I am just getting started! My lower back pain has disappeared and I have so much more energy.
