Honestly, I just want to echo what everyone else is saying in their reviews—this is a great gym! The trainers are knowledgeable, push you to your limits, and make sure your form is correct throughout the boot camp session. Caleb is the instructor for my time slot, and he even upped my weights for me. No slackers allowed, and that’s exactly what I need! The atmosphere is super supportive and welcoming. Best decision ever
I’ve been a member at the Helotes Burn Boot Camp since April 2024 and it’s been awesome. My wife had been a member for 2 years and eventually convinced me to try it. I was a bit leery because I thought it was something primarily for women, but it’s not. I’m challenged every time I show up and after 3 months the results I’ve seen both physically and mentally are pretty remarkable. Burn Boot Camp Helotes feels like a family. Everyone is super nice, and the trainers are amazing. The owner Corey is wonderful and so supportive. I love the motivation and support you get there. It’s a great place to build your strength and feel your best.
