The energy here is amazing, and the workouts are always challenging but fun. The trainers are super supportive and really push you to be your best. What I love most is the community! Everyone is welcoming and encouraging, no matter your fitness level. If you’re looking for a place that motivates you and makes working out enjoyable, this is it!
Love Burn Boot Camp Helotes! The BA’s are always so welcoming. The workouts are always different, the trainers keep you motivated, and everyone is so welcoming. The free childcare is such a great asset and I always leave feeling stronger and in such a good mood.
i love this gym. It’s so much more than a gym it’s a community. As a mom I spend most of my day thinking for someone else and this is one place that i can go- turn off my brain and just do what someone tells me to do. And i trust the trainers! That’s huge! They’ve helped me hit prs in just 3 months of working out with them. It’s so so wonderful!
Burn has been my happy place. In 7 months, I lost over 20 pounds, dropped 8.5% in body fat, and gained a lot of flexibility and mobility after my hip surgery. 🥳🥳🙌🏽
Highly recommend Burn Bootcamp of Helotes! Been a member for a few years now, and can't say enough great things about the workout experience here.
