Trainers and community are wonderful!
Just wrapped up my first day at Burn Boot Camp, and wow! I’m feeling the burn in the best way! Coach Dorothea was energetic, encouraging, and made sure everyone felt supported no matter their fitness level. The workout was challenging but doable, and the atmosphere was super motivating. Excited to come back and keep pushing!
Dorothea is a fantastic trainer that is passionate about helping others and especially perimenopausal women to provide guidance and support!
