I went to Burn Boot Camp in Suwanee, Georgia with my daughter, and when I first walked in, I was honestly so intimidated. I’m a middle-aged, overweight woman who is trying to take better control of my health, and I wanted to try something different and do something with my daughter. We all know burn boot camp is an amazing workout but the trainers and staff make the biggest difference here! They all know your name, make you feel like friends and actually do the workout classes along side of you. I started 3 months postpartum and 10/10 couldn’t recommend it enough mamas!
If you want to get stronger and more fit, give Burn a try! You will immediately be hooked from the first class. Bonus, the childwatch makes it possible to have 45 min to yourself!! You don't have to think, you just show up, they tell you what to do, and you get a great workout. Burn Suwanee is truly a special place.
