I’ve completed 14 camps so far at Burn Boot Camp and I’m absolutely hooked! The workouts are intense but empowering, the trainers are motivating, and the community is so uplifting. I’ve never felt stronger—physically or mentally—and I actually look forward to going to class, which is something I never thought I’d say about working out. I signed up for Burn Boot Camp after having a TIA 6 months prior. I wanted to regain my strength and balance. I watched the stories on Facebook for a while before taking the leap to join. My daughter visited from CA where she attends BBC in Temecula and wanted to go here while visiting. She wanted me to go with her and try it and I did although I was very resistant because of my age and I have never tried strength training before. Watching the videos was very intimidating to me. I love the energy of this place ! I felt welcomed and included although I’m older than most ladies there . Classes are challenging and I’m nicely suprised at variarity of excercises and I’m not new to working out ! Also , it’s nice to be able to track your progress with the machine that measures your muscle /fat ratio . I can’t wait to see my personal progress !
6 month update: I signed up for 6 months to see if it was something I could stick with. I still love it. Everything I mentioned prior is still true, but now I have 6 months of data to put in here. I’ve become stronger, leaner, more agile, I have better endurance and my balance has really improved! My VO2Max is now above average and my heart health indicators have all improved.
