One of Burn’s biggest strengths is its encouraging and empowering atmosphere. The trainers are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and genuinely invested in members' success. Unlike traditional gyms, Burn fosters a strong sense of community, where members motivate and support each other. The trainers do a great job of demonstrating exercises, providing modifications, and pushing you to give your best effort. I AM HOOKED!!!!!
Great instructors - keep you motivated to work hard & make you feel welcome! Challenging program to sign up for if you are in a routine rut like I was. Always give you modification options too!
