I can’t say enough good things about Burn Boot Camp Smyrna. All of the trainers—Angela, Maya, Mia, and Garry—are truly exceptional. I love it here! The trainers are great. I really appreciate the encouragement and expert instruction. I feel seen and part of the burn community. If you think you're just going to slide in unnoticed....think again! They know your name which is pretty impressive. So I encourage you to try a workout....you will not regret it.
I absolutely love this location the trainers & instructors are so supportive and friendly. I have been struggling with being consistent in the gym and these ladies really help me stay committed and dedicated. I want to give a special shout out to Sarah , Kelly and Angela and all the staff members at this location. You all are awesome!
As a person working out again after several years of procrastinating, my 1st day was not only challenging but fun. The people in class are encouraging and looks out for one another. The instructions make sure I was supposed and celebrating my efforts. Now this is my second month and look forward to all classes I sign up for. I have met new people and my energy level had increased.
