I’ve been a member of Burn for only a short time. However, the support that I’ve been shown from the trainers, the staff and the other members is awesome. Everyone wants you to succeed. They all made me feel welcomed from my very first class. They’re my second family now. I’m already seeing results and I’m so excited to go to class and put the work in. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made to improve my overall health.
I can’t say enough good things about Burn Boot Camp Smyrna. All of the trainers—Angela, Maya, Mia, and Garry—are truly exceptional. It genuinely feels like 1-on-1 training in a group setting, which makes such a difference. From my very first camp (I did the free 3-day trial), there was zero pressure to sign up. I love it here! The trainers are great. I really appreciate the encouragement and expert instruction. I feel seen and part of the burn community. If you think you're just going to slide in unnoticed....think again! They know your name which is pretty impressive. So I encourage you to try a workout....you will not regret it.
I absolutely love this location the trainers & instructors are so supportive and friendly. I have been struggling with being consistent in the gym and these ladies really help me stay committed and dedicated. I want to give a special shout out to Sarah , Kelly and Angela and all the staff members at this location. You all are awesome!
