I enjoyed my time back in burn boot camp. Had to stop temporarily due to doctors order but can’t wait to be back. The trainers are great. They will push you and that I love. Will definitely recommend Burn Boot Camp!!!!
I absolutely love Burn Boot Camp Greensboro! The new head trainer, owners, and all of the assistant trainers have completely changed the atmosphere in the best way. Everyone is so motivating, positive, and encouraging, and you can tell they truly care about the members. The classes are 45 minutes and include everything you need — a warm-up, workout, finisher, and cool down — so you always leave feeling accomplished. I’ve never been a fan of group fitness but Burn completely changed things for me. I look forward to coming to camp and I absolutely love the people I’ve met and the community. All of the trainers make you feel welcome and comfortable. I’m so happy I took the leap to start coming
Walking through the doors of Burn Boot Camp after two years of not working out or doing any type of exercise was honestly terrifying for me.
