Absolutely love this gym. Have been attending regularly for 5+ years. Ty is an amazing trainer and pushes you to do your best and also is accommodating for injuries. She gives great nutrition advice as well. I've never been in better shape my whole life! The workouts are fun and different all the time. Great positive atmosphere

I started going to Burn almost a year ago and it has been transformative for my health! I love that the classes are 45 minutes, always challenging (but scalable), the community is great, and the childcare is fabulous (Leah is amazing!). It has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself and helps me show up as a stronger, happier, and better mom for my kids!
