The best gym I’ve ever been to. There’s so much anxiety walking into a regular gym, but at Burn everyone is so welcoming! From the trainers, the burn ambassadors (front desk) and the people working out with you on their signature floating floor! It’s easy to jump and do all sorts of exercises because of that awesome feature. There’s just no other place like this community. Wonderful coaches! Group setting that provides encouragement. Not right fit for one who has not been active in several years, but definitely advisable for high energy cardio with those already prepped!
