I have been actively going for a little over 2 months now and wow, this place is amazing! The facilities are always clean and the atmosphere is positive and encouraging. The trainers, Allison and Trey are very knowledgeable and so fun to train with! This is definitely a place for all levels, the modifications allow anyone to jump in and get a work out that gives results. This business is terrible. My daughter signed up for a 3-month college student plan. A month before the 3 months was up, I called to cancel it and no one returned my call. Then I emailed 3 weeks before the 3 months and I was told it was too late to stop the auto renew and I would be charged $192 for nothing. I paid amost $600 for my daughter to go 3 or 4 times, because their schedule is very inconvenient. Avoid this place.

In my opinion, this gym is run horribly. There is no diversity amongst the staff, I see pride month celebrations. But no black history posts on their social media. The trainers are extremely unprofessional in talking about the membership! I tried to address some of these concerns with the owner and I was cursed at by her husband who is an owner as well! Please do better

Beware of the contract. They charged me $178 for the month even though my membership ended 3 days later. They would not prorate. I am not allowed to use the membership for the entire month I paid for it.

My physical and mental wellness made a complete 180° after joining Burn. I was a complete fitness beginner and they welcomed me with open arms. The community aspect is top notch, the trainers actually listen and meet you where your at but also know what you are capable of. I come 5 days a week because I simply love and enjoy every single camp.
