I haven’t worked out in years. Due to the encouragement of some colleagues I went to burn boot camp and immediately fell in love with the supportive community. Everyone is super kind to you and makes you feel welcomed. The trainers are so helpful-I’ve already hit multiple PRs in one month of working out. I absolutely love it and encourage you to join a supportive community!

I was a little lost after my second kid. Moving to a new city/state and needed people to push me to be better physically, mentally, and emotionally. These trainers, owners, and fellow campers are your people, because they became my people. In two years, I'm stronger, prouder, and more confident. Plus I got kids who demand a 'workout' of their own. Catch me usually at 5:30 dancing around the floating floor. This place is my favorite 45 minutes of everyday.
