I found Burn Boot Camp in December and could not be happier with my decision to stay. The trainers have been fabulous - they catch me when I am trying to hide/stop and motivate me to do more than I think I can (who knew I could do pull-ups and box jumps!?). The focus meetings have been a great way for me to learn more about nutrition and hold me accountable in the kitchen. Burn Boot Camp Palm Harbor is what you’ve been looking for! A welcoming gym with knowledgeable trainers for people of all skill levels, and not just women! My husband and I go together and get a killer workout! Come in for your free trial, you won’t regret it!
Burn is such a motivating gym to be apart of! The coaches help push me and modify anything I’m not capable of yet. I’m in the best shape of my life after having 3 babies!
This is the best workout for women that I have ever been part of. The trainers are amazing and they make sure your form is right and they push you just enough to make you feel it and get the max benefit. Super amazing community and I’m connected to a few friends here who keep me accountable for showing up. You are missing out if you don’t give burn a try. You will love it. The program changes everyday so you are always working on different body parts. I love this place. You will meet amazing people here.
