I’ve done a lot of workout classes and nothing comes close to what this gym serves up. I love how the days are arranged into either conditioning, upper body, lower body, full body, etc. Plus, they lovingly watch your children. Your body and mindset will change by going to BBC.
I am so grateful to have discovered Burn Bootcamp Bear Creek when I moved here 1.5 years ago. I love the mix of cardio and strength training, the motivating trainers (who also help correct form), the authentic sense of community, and the fact that I push myself harder than I ever did before and can see the results. Definitely recommend!
Burn has been such a game changer! The trainers are so knowledgeable and encouraging, pushing you to become better and challenge you to push the boundaries you made for yourself. The other burn members are so encouraging and become like family. The childcare is great and such a helpful addition to membership!
Great place to workout and the community is amazing. I especially enjoy the owner who is helping me believe in myself to do this. I am a beginner and feel I can do this!
