The workout is great at first- but quickly starts to become repetitive. Certain moves seem slightly unsafe, and I have witness 3 separate incidents where someone has gotten injured during the class. I really love the floating floor idea, however I sometimes felt very unstable doing jumping exercises. I would modify the exercise but I felt I was losing out on the workout. Love the West Chester Burn so much! Been with Burn here since 2020!! Has the absolute best trainers and group of people to be surrounded with. 10/10 place to workout. Many available camp times and childwatch as well 😊😊
