Was charged for another month after my year contract was up. Never received any sort of communication that they would be charging me month to month automatically after my year was up. Tried talking to their manager, Jordan about it and she was completely unhelpful and said they couldn’t do anything about it even though they gave no warning about the charge or how to cancel. I have been getting spam call text AND emails under a name “Samantha” to join the gym, they text me early in the morning on a daily sometimes 2 times a day! I have “sent STOP” but they send me another text with a “manager name” asking me to join. They claim it’s from a gym in Ogden Highland American Fork and more! Either they are very pushy or they have hackers in their system. I tried to contact them but this is the only way (other than driving over an hour to talk to them in person)

Be VERY careful about what you sign with this gym. I initially signed a 6-month membership, but didn’t fully understand that I would continue to be charged month-to-month after the 6 months unless I canceled. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I had been charged for over a year, despite not attending the gym at all during that time. I never received a single call, text, or email from the gym during that year of continued charges, which felt incredibly unprofessional. This place is the highlight of my day. I love the trainers and my kids love the childcare workers. Shout-out to the evening childcare, they are amazing!
