Burn Awatukee is such an encouraging and strong community to be apart of. I have felt so welcomed and inspired by all of the staff and it truly shows in how the community as a whole interacts with each other! If you are looking for a place to grow, get stronger, and be inspired then burn Awatukee is the place to be!
I love the structure and the training staff. The 45-minute workout is about the perfect time frame. I love the structure of the workouts, which are laid out by changing them up every week; you're not doing the same exercise over and over again. The trainers are amazing; they help you through the exercises if needed. They have many different time slots that work around busy schedules.
Burn has been fantastic! I'm recovering from a major shoulder surgery. The instructors are always there to help modify and work with me on exercises to improve my strength and range of motion. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I love it !!! I can enjoy my work out with my kids staying in other room playing. All the personnel is very caring. Also the owner is very flexible and she is very understanding with any situation you can have.
Have you ever been to a gym where people actually know your name? I love coming here and getting 45 minutes of me time. Fantastic music. So happy I was able to join!
