I’ve only been coming ~2 weeks now, but I’m loving it! I was wary at first, switching to this format of exercise as I’d never done it before routinely. Having (sweet and trustworthy) staff watching my daughter (such a huge perk), is giving me the time to put work into myself, and been a game changer. The workouts are never boring, and change every day - I would recommend to anyone of any athletic ability (you can modify almost all workouts) and especially moms who are looking to get back into a routine!
Fantastic place! Trainers are so friendly and supportive. Front desk staff also very professional and kind. You have to come to this location. You won’t regret it!
