I’m not usually someone that enjoys a class format in a gym but I wanted to give burn a try after feeling bored and stagnant at the gym. Wow! I thought I was in shape but burn has been a humbling experience in the best way. I’ve been going for 2 weeks now and have been sore on different parts of my body every day since I started (so you know they are doing something right!) Supportive trainers, amazing owner and a great group of people no matter what class you take! Never have I ever felt more comfortable and at home at a gym.
This place is absolutely incredible! Burn bootcamp has changed my life for the better. The trainers are so encouraging and will meet you where you’re at. It’s scary to walk into a new gym for the first time but they make you feel like you belong! It’s an amazing community and I am so thankful to have found my place there:)
Wow! What a workout!! Everybody gave high fives and so much encouragement from the trainers. I will be back!
