Burn Parker is the best Burn Bootcamp location I’ve ever been too. I’ve never been pushed so hard and appreciated it so much. I was temporarily living in Colorado for 3 months and this was my favorite part of my routine each day. Every singletrainer shows up 100%, cares, cheers you on, tells you that you can lift more than you emotionally think you can (Rachel) and hypes you up so so much (Courtney.) I’m not usually someone that enjoys a class format in a gym but I wanted to give burn a try after feeling bored and stagnant at the gym. Wow! I thought I was in shape but burn has been a humbling experience in the best way. I’ve been going for 2 weeks now and have been sore on different parts of my body every day since I started (so you know they are doing something right!) Supportive trainers, amazing owner and a great group of people no matter what class you take! Never have I ever felt more comfortable and at home at a gym.
