All the trainers are very motivating and make it a point to know your name. I love how the workouts are scheduled for just 45 min and yet we get alot out of that time! They offer many challenges throughout the year that anyone is welcome to join (some may have an extra cost, some may be free). They offer a military discount 👌🏼💝 They also offer health supplements and brand apparel for sale.
Just transferred over to this location from Fort Myers, and I absolutely LOVE it! The women in childcare were so kind and patient with my son, Carmen the trainer was amazing, and the members were very welcoming and sweet. Very excited to be here!

Great high cardio workout, great coaches.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is not a professional environment. They focus more on gossiping about members. The workouts themselves are solid, but the environment can feel exclusive and cliquey. There’s a noticeable shift in how people are treated based on membership status or social circles. I expected a more inclusive and consistent experience. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY. IT IS NOT WORTH IT
