A professionally relaxed atmosphere where you feel welcomed by staff and other campers. Trainers motivate without making you feel inadequate. The fact that you are offered trial sessions, indicate that you are not forced into a commitment before understanding what you're getting into.
Such a supportive place! Whether you've never worked out before or doing tons of previous lifting experience. The trainers do a great job modifying everything to what is going to be best for your body and needs, while still encouraging you to push yourself. Absolutely love it!
Love this place! Its exactly what i was looking for. A group fitness class with real instructors. The team and class mates are so positive, encouraging, and motivating! Love the little fitness fam <3 and childcare option is such a bonus! I have used it a few times and its so calming knowing my baby can come to the gym with me and is right near by where i know she's safe.
Joining Burn Boot Camp - Winter Garden has truly been the best decision that I’ve made for myself this year! I am OBSESSED with Burn Boot Camp! I joined at the end of April and I’m already 20 camps in. Hooked I tell you. The workouts are seriously getting the job done.
