Burn Boot Camp Sun Prairie is a wonderful workout community! The workouts are fun and challenging and have really helped me to meet my fitness goals. Abby and all of the trainers and staff are amazing. The entire community is caring and welcoming. It makes me look forward to going to camp every day.
I have been going to Burn since August 2024. I avoided it because I was under the incorrect assumption that it was just for females. It is female-focused but males are welcomed. I love the trainers and it helps me to focus on the whole body. Everyone who works out there is enjoying themselves and that adds to the fun and camaraderie. Don’t feel bad if you can’t do what others can do. When we do lunges, I grab a bar to help me with my balance while others are jumping around. No one thinks twice about it. I absolutely love the burn community! Everyone has been so supportive and welcoming! The workouts are always different and I always leave there feeling stronger than the day before! I’m so happy I joined Burn and can’t wait to see where this journey leads me!
Amazing community. Trainers walk around to make sure you know how to do the weights. Cardio, abs, it is all covered. I get my workout in and don't have to think about it the rest of the day! I am glad I took the step to a healthier me.
