The workouts are great and the trainers make sure you are in good form. And if you ever are low on energy they have Tawney!! She makes sure you leave the gym all pumped up and happy! Valentina, the new trainer who joined recently is awesome! She would check on you, make sure you are in form on the floor and send energy booster your way if she thinks you are struggling. I enjoy training with her on Thursdays!!
From scheduling my first session to participating in class they deliver exceptional customer service. I felt right at home before I even entered the gym! The workout was great and there is an amazing sense of community! I can’t say enough great things about this place! I love working with Brit, Jenn, Sophie and Valentina, they always bring the fire to the classes

Burn Boot Camp Troy has completely changed my life! As a mom, I started working out here 6 weeks postpartum and it has helped me in every aspect of my life. It’s empowered me to become the best version of myself both mentally and physically. Tawney and welcome team has become a staple in my daily routine, and the trainers are absolutely phenomenal! They even offer complimentary Child Watch which both my kids love. The community, support, and coaching are unmatched. I truly love it here!!!! Two claps on two!
