Almost just hit your guests. Dozens of people running into oncoming traffic, exercising in one of the busiest parking lots I’ve ever been in at lunchtime. Someone was just hit and killed at Publix in Dunedin parking lot. Keep your patron safe and keep them inside your establishment or run not in a busy parking lot.

I came to a trial camp with a member the beginning of October 2021 and quickly got hooked. I've never been someone who liked going to the gym. Mainly because I never knew what I was doing & it always seemed fruitless. I dreaded it. The trainers here are THE BEST & direct you on exactly what to do & walk around camp the entire time making sure everyone is in correct form.
