I came to a trial camp with a member the beginning of October 2021 and quickly got hooked. I've never been someone who liked going to the gym. Mainly because I never knew what I was doing & it always seemed fruitless. I dreaded it. The trainers here are THE BEST & direct you on exactly what to do & walk around camp the entire time making sure everyone is in correct form.
