I never knew how bad I needed this until I finally signed up! The atmosphere is non-judgmental and very encouraging. Every day is something different so you never get bored. Love it and so excited that I signed up!
Burn Boot Camp Lake Murray is truly something special. The community here is hands-down the best—welcoming, encouraging, and always pushing you to be your best. The workouts are no joke—challenging, high-energy, and constantly changing to keep things exciting. The trainers are incredible, always motivating and ready to help you crush your goals. It’s more than a gym—it’s a place that builds strength, confidence, and connection.
Cannot recommend burn enough. I originally joined as a new mom, needing a break and a moment for myself and 500 camps layered, I haven’t looked back. My kids do great in childwatch & the 45 min is the best start to the day.
Burn Bootcamp has truly changed my life. The workouts are intense, fun, and always push me to be my best. Every day brings something new, and I never get bored. Burn Lake Murray has been the biggest blessing to me! I joined a year ago and my life and health has improved so much. The trainers are amazing and the community you get when you walk thru the door is hands down the best. My boys absolutely love the child watch and enjoy waking up in the morning so we can go to the gym and play with toys lol
