As someone who has tried many journeys and just had her third baby almost 10 weeks ago. I went with a stranger on Facebook for a free camp and fell in love! The trainers help you when you aren’t doing an exercise correctly, but privately and in the nicest way. I’ve never felt more comfortable with surrounded by people who are way more in shape than I! I’m four weeks in and I can’t wait to continue!
This was a great addition to my workout regimen. The trainers are amazing, the energy is always high and the level of intensity gets the perfect “BURN” 10 outta 10 highly recommend!!!!
I'm only 14 camps deep so far, but this is one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Staff is engaged and knowledgeable
