Today was my 2nd anniversary as a member. I joined after a friend convinced me I could do it (even though I had my doubts) & that age and fitness level doesn’t matter. I did a trial and will not deny my body could tell I wasn’t in great shape. But… I stuck out the trial and signed on for 6 months. Best decision ever! My friend was right when she said it gets easier. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by a supportive and encouraging community. Miranda, Maggie and every single one of the staff are so friendly and always ready to help with any questions or concerns i have. Having a different workout everyday keeps my workouts exciting and challenging, and I've met so many amazing people who motivate me to push my limits.
