Joining Burn Boot Camp in Gainesville was one of the BEST decisions I've made for myself, physically and mentally! I have never been into working out but now I couldnt see myself without Burn in my life. Every week is something different, a balance of cardio & strength and in a quick 45 minutes you are in and out. The trainers and community are absolutely amazing and encourage you to push yourself! They always have trials, so do yourself a favor and try it out!
Love burn! Have found such a great community plus the workouts are only 45 minutes but extremely effective! 10/10 recommend.
