Great gym and amazing family atmosphere. Workouts are always different which is a huge plus and keeps you on your toes.
I see the great reviews, and I do not question their expertise. What I do question are their ethics, and professionalism. I have called twice to cancel, because my daughter is very sick, and will be out of commission for some months. I pay for her membership. I called twice, explained the situation via voice mail, because they never answer the phone. I asked them to at least give me a courtesy call, as not doing so, shows me they lack professionalism. Good workout, but unsafe Childwatch. I did a free trial for two weeks but four days in took my daughter to child watch. She can’t walk, but I watched the staff put her on her feet and drop her, crushing her nose which started bleeding. Needless to say I scooped up my kid and left. I talked to leadership who said that 1) toddlers are clumsy anyway and 2) that I should come back and change my workout time to be with more experienced staff. Needless to say I will not be going back.
