I love love love Burn Boot Camp! I’ve been a member for 4 years, and I genuinely look forward to going every single day. One of my favorite parts is not having to plan my own workouts — I just show up, and the trainers push me to go heavier, harder, and faster. I’ve only seen myself get stronger and more confident since joining. The universal membership is also a huge plus. I love being able to drop into other Burn locations when traveling. Burn is truly my favorite part of my day, and I actually get mad when I can’t go.
I started with a free trial through a friend and just ended up signing a contract for 18 months because of how welcoming the trainers and members are at West Ashley Burn! The workouts are effective (and free childwatch makes it so convenient to show up) and after only a month and a half so far, I can tell I've already made progress towards my fitness goals! Burn boot camp has become the place where I get to take care of me for a bit! I was initially so out of my comfort zone with this style of work out but the trainers are all awesome and so helpful! As a busy SAHM of two, the childcare and flexibility they offer is a huge perk. My kids have so much fun and I always leave feeling accomplished and it honestly just sets a great tone for the rest of our day! I decided to try it after a random Facebook ad and I'm so glad I did. So if your considering it, I 10000% recommend!
Burn Boot Camp is absolutely amazing! The workouts are challenging, fun, and always different, which keeps things exciting. The coaches are incredible—so motivating, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping everyone reach their goals. The community is also so supportive; it feels like a little family.
