Love Burn and the trainers. Attended Burn for 3 years. Management could be better. They did not care about my situation for departing. The people and the trainers are amazing though!
I felt lucky to take advantage of their free week. Very welcoming and encouraging place, especially of newcomers. Great for people who need motivation and to work with others and you can see that people achieve real results. Some things that I would advise, and this might be partially personal preference, is for the instructors to more clearly and carefully show alternative exercises that are postpartum- and prolapse-safe. I can only say positive things around my experience at Burn Boot Camp. The staff is amazing and very supportive and they definitely take the time to get to know you. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a great workout and close and supportive community.
Update: 2 years later and I’m still a member at this gym. Everything mentioned below is still true and I’d highly recommend for anyone looking to up their fitness. Parking lot can get very crowded on Saturday camps. The Burn Boot Camp Falls Church location is huge and clean. The entire gym is larger than most Burns and you never feel crowded.
