Burn Boot Camp Princeton is amazing. Paul, Gina, and the entire staff are all encouraging, motivating, supportive and know exactly how to push you to do your best. Every workout is different, the energy is incredible, and I always leave feeling stronger and more motivated than when I walked in. So glad I found this gym. Thanks guys! Highly recommend this place.
I recently joined this gym, and I can honestly say it’s unlike any fitness center I’ve ever experienced. I specifically wanted weight-training classes to help improve my bone health and osteoporosis, and their 45-minute classes have been exactly what I was looking for. Don’t worry they do plenty of cardio too! The instructors are exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and encouraging.
