I am very familiar with studio fitness. Burn Bentonville does a great job! Things start on-time. Everything is well organized. Exercises are fully explained and coached during the session. People are very friendly. Leaders are very attentive for both safety and exercise effectiveness. It is a great work-out, with modifications for those growing their fitness. I love going to Burn Boot Camp! The energy is always so good and the trainers make every workout fun. I always look forward to each class. If you like HIIT-style workouts, definitely give them a try.
I joined 2 years ago and never looked back! The community is unmatched, the workouts are easily modified for wherever you are in your fitness journey, and the child watch is included in your membership.
I have been a long time member of Burn Bootcamp Bentonville and it’s my home away from home, I love this place! Burn gives me 45 minutes of “me” time to focus on my goals with likeminded individuals. The trainers are truly amazing and the Burn community is unmatched, I have met some of my closest friends through Burn. If you’re considering Burn definitely give it a try!
I have been doing Burn for over a year and absolutely LOVE it. It's not just an amazing place to workout, it is a family! We workout hard and have a lot of fun doing it. It is an absolute amazing community to be involved in, thank you!
