Every gym has its pros and cons. The trainers make the gym. Ana,Nicole, Lionel, and Malik classes are effective if you are consistent. This gym is one of the most expensive gyms I have ever joined from their 6 months, to 12 months or 18 months contract membership. Try the free 3 day pass before you lock in a contract. I have been working out with the folks at Burn Boot Camp for a little over a month. My favorite Jeans, started sliding down on me a few days ago. I never used a belt with those jeans, imagine my surprise.
Burn boot camp is amazing and so much fun! The workouts are different every day. Great trainers as well.
Burn Boot Camp McDonough is amazing! They encourage, motivate, and have great instructors. I especially love Shermaine, Ana, and Lionel. The energy is high and the support is awesome. I started with their 3-week promotion and ended up signing up for 6-months. You can go as often as you like. Each class is different even if the equipment is similar.
