I love the community of people at Burn. They are welcoming, encouraging, and positive. I also appreciate the personalization of the trainers during the workouts when you're struggling or need modifications on moves. Thanks to the to this personalization and encouragement from the trainers I've been making progress in physical therapy because I've asked them to help keep me accountable and they also know my limitations and work with making necessary modifications to moves when needed. Highly recommend trying out Burn.
Burn Boot Camp is an amazing community to work out at. There’s something for everyone- from beginners to advanced workouts all in the same camp. Trainers push you to YOUR ability and check in if you haven’t been to camp. Members are great and very helpful too. My favorite days are full body strength and MetCon- but the schedule is rotating and every workout is fun and challenging. Kathy, the owner, is amazing at communication and takes all feedback to heart.
Be careful of the contracts, I signed up for six months and threw my back out at one of their workouts, took a suspension which they were insanely nice to honor but because of that experience and the pain I had I no longer feel comfortable in the environment. I am trying to get out of the contract and now suddenly I am under a 12 month contract. All I want to do is not ever go to this gym or environment again… it is crazy. Edit: the owner personally called me back and corrected the situation! Very great customer service.
My legs were shaking and I was feeling every muscle worked! I love the group atmosphere and support, and with offered child watch a mama can't go wrong here. This is exactly what I needed to build my confidence after baby #2.
Great place...warm and welcoming to members from other locations. Clean environment, great staff
