I’m SO glad I joined! Everyone is SO nice. Many class times to choose from. They’re VERY encouraging. My only “complaint” is that I often don’t understand the complicated exercises because I’ve only been there a couple months. I have to watch the other members to know what to do. People are always fine with me watching them, though. They do explain the workout to you at the start of class, but they talk fast, and I forget what I’m supposed to do at the 7 different stations. I absolutely LOVE Burn Boot camp! Middleton location is where I frequent. All of the trainers are helpful, friendly, fun, and full of tough-love. Just what I need to get this booty in shape. Highly recommend! Plus, you get a family of other campers to support you and have fun with along the way. Keep it up!

Fantastic HIT training for cardio and strength - we were never be able to push ourselves as far as this when we used to workout by ourselves at the gym. Trainers are great. Everyone is welcome from super fit people to brand new and out of shape people. They have showers in house (bring your own towel). The biggest perk for us is childcare watch room so you can drop the kids off. Highly recommend this place!
