I’ve been at Burn for a year now and am so thankful I found it! I love the challenging workouts that leave you feeling like you gave it your all and you ARE strong. The trainers have the best energy and keep everyone motivated throughout. The gym atmosphere is super positive and uplifting and all the trainers know your name!
Been a member for almost 3 years now and the trainers are awesome, the workouts are amazing, and it is an incredible community to be a part of.
I’ve never been a fan of “group workouts” or things like this, until after having kids. I joined burn when my youngest was 3 months old, because they had childcare (with a window) so I could workout, bring my babies, and also still see them for peace of mind. It truly gave me 0 excuses… What I didn’t know is the community I was signing up for! Everyone here is so friendly and willing to help- holding you accountable and pushing you forward.
