I’m a member of another Burn Bootcamp and visited the Ankeny location. Liz didn’t disappoint. Her energy is infectious and the camp culture was top notch. The workout was challenging as Liz encouraged us through the workout. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a challenging workout in a fantastic culture!
Looooove this gym and cannot say enough incredible things about Burn!!! I’ve been a member for 4 years and the workouts are always challenging and motivating! They have helped me grow so much physically and mentally!!! Liz is an awesome trainer and her passion for fitness shows in alll of her details of this gym! If you’re looking for a place that will puuush and make you better, this is it!!!
I absolutely love it here! My kids love coming as well and always have a blast at childcare. Liz and the staff are so welcoming and the classes are always challenging! So thankful I started coming here.
I love Liz the main trainer, she may kick your butt! You will be happy with your change within yourself. It’s a group setting but Liz keeps track of each member! If you want great support this is where you need to go!
