I went to Burn shortly after having my son. In just 6 months, I’ve lost 31 pounds! The exercises have gotten me into much better shape & the focus meetings have gotten me on a much better diet that I can follow. I definitely recommend this place for your fitness/lifestyle needs.
I’ve been going to burn for over 3 years, and started coming to this location 1 year ago. It’s the best for workouts that challenge you and you don’t have to think about! You also have access to meet with the trainers 1:1 to discuss nutrition and goals. It’s the best!
Burn has made an amazing impact on my health and overall wellbeing! The workouts are killer but the trainers scale them based on your fitness level. There is so much support from the entire staff, and the Burn community is incredibly motivating. I’ve gotten stronger, leaner, more confident, and actually look forward to training here. Easily the best fitness decision I’ve made!
