I love everything about Burn. They have camps starting at 4:45, which works with my teaching schedule. The trainers are the best! They will challenge and encourage you every step of the way, but they will also modify things to work with any injuries or even pregnancy. It’s been six years since I first started, and don’t plan on stopping.
I wholeheartedly LOVE BURN!!! I now understand what all the hype is about. I've always had a membership at traditional gyms and would see some progress but honestly I was not pushing myself to my fullest potential. But being at BURN for just a few months, they have pushed me past my limits, the community is AMAZING and the trainers are top of the line!! Joining BURN was the best thing I could have did tor myself on my postpartum journey!! I love it HERE 🩵
