The sense of community, camaraderie, and high energy workouts made me fall in love with this place. I’ve found the staff to be so warm and friendly, and the instructors are great at motivating you to get you to your goals. Joining this community at Burn Boot Camp is one of the best decisions I’ve made!
I started going to Burn 4 weeks ago. I could not do a lot of the stations because I was not strong enough. The coaches have helped me know how to modify at each station. I can already tell a difference, and I can do some stations with no modifications now! I am looking forward to continued growth in my strength and overall fitness. Definitely thankful for the community and encouragement found here!

Burn Boot Camp Flowood is fantastic! Both the trainers and other patrons are fantastic people that help inspire me to reach my fitness goals and explore outside them. In the short amount of time I’ve been a member, I’ve already seen major progress and could not have done it with out them.
