About to finish my 25th class and I could not be happier with my experience! I love the workouts, staff, other campers, and the child watch program!
There are no words about what Burn Boot Camp has done for me. I’m only less than a month in and can’t stop talking about it to everyone I know. If you don’t want to have to think about what body part should I do today or know what exercise will work GO TRY BURN. They do all that thought process for you. If the exercise is something you aren’t able to do yet that’s ok they are there to help you where you are at. This is the best decision I’ve made all year!!!! The instructors/trainers are amazing!! They give me that push that I need to get to my goals!!! The women in the class are my motivation daily that I can do this no matter the age, shape, endurance and or intensity of the exercise they are going to encourage and hype you up the entire class! I am officially one month in and I can definitely see the changes in my body. My endurance is so much better and I’m doing exercises I could hardly do my first week!
