100 times more enjoyable than a regular gym. The staff is great, motivating, and very knowledgeable of proper forms for each individual to excel. Going here has been a positive experience. If you want to improve your overall well-being, this is the place to be.

I joined Burn for accountability and to get healthy for my family. The child watch allows me to take time for myself and still bring my kiddos along. The trainers are awesome and the community keeps you wanting to come back each day!
Update: a year later and prior to burn I would have been over and moved on with some other workout style. Still loving the gym, the community, and the complimentary childcare! Welcoming and motivating community and challenging classes. Best decision I’ve made this year to join.
