Very, very high pressure sales tactics. Cancelling took a lot of strength after many guilt tripping emails, even though I clearly expressed I did not want to renew the contract. Over the past year they have certainly “burned” through my money, as one of the most expensive gyms in this area. I was even bullied over $20 by the owners wife for a free trial class after I confirmed with the front desk before the start of the class that my free trial was still good. Motivational workouts, great community and support from trainers and helping with fitness goals.
I was visiting from California and I am currently a member in the Rocklin location. I was so happy to see the Burn community continues in other markets. The trainers in the Clearwater location are top notch! They did an amazing job making me feel welcomed. It felt so seamless going right into my routine. I was able to keep my longest streak going! Great job Burn team in Clearwater! I will be back again for sure!
