I was worried I wouldn’t be able to do it because of a shoulder replacement, but all the trainers have been great about giving me any modifications needed. Great community, very motivating trainers! Love it!!

This place has been great for consistent hardcore workouts. Everyone is so helpful and kindly encourage you to push yourself. I just wish there were a few more classes offered during the day, especially on Sat and wish they were open on Sunday. I also wish there was childcare available at the 7am 7:30am times.
Been coming to Burn Rocklin for about a year and a half. It’s changed everything for me. The community, the workout, the push from the trainers…. 45 minutes of me time, pushing my limits and achieving new PRs. This gym and its community have reignited a spark in me I almost forgot I had. I’d recommend a class to anyone and everyone. Come work out with us
I just started in August of 25. I am am to keep a 3 work out day every week. Trainers are great and help you reach your goal. Every workout is unique and specific to help you reach your goals.
