My initial experience with Burn Boot Camp was an outdoor class in the park this summer led by Sara. I found it so fun and found it to be a great workout that I took advantage of the two-week promotional offer at the indoor gym. I was immediately captivated by the program. I park in front of the building i never seen any good shaped people who goes here all of them have bad shaped
+ Practical, consistent times for workouts in the day to fit into your daily routine + Varying exercises to keep things interesting with different themes daily that keep you motivated + 1:1 meetings with trainers available to keep you goal-oriented + The childcare room does get crowded at times for the small space, but the fact that it's even an option is a game-changer for me and other parents. The caregivers are all kind as well. + Encouraging trainers that truly care about what they do
