I’m beyond frustrated, disappointed, and honestly disgusted with the customer service at Burn Bootcamp. I’ve spent nearly four months trying to cancel my membership—four months. I’ve called countless times, left voicemails, sent multiple emails, and even gone in person. Every time, I’m told the manager will get back to me—and no one ever does. I’ve been a member of burn for over a year. I signed up for the multi location and pay $174 a month. I needed to cancel as it just wasn’t the workout I wanted. Very hard to cancel so buyer beware what you are getting locked into.
Joined Burn January 2025 and I have not looked back. I love the accountability the Burn community provides. The camps are challenging (with modifications when needed) and after being tired and unmotivated with tradition gyms, I have FINALLY found my home away from home and I actually look forward to working out! Ha! I am a committed member now
I joined Burn Boot Camp LKN about a month ago after a couple years worth of a fitness slump. I needed hard but modifiable work outs, motivation and a supportive community and that’s exactly what I found at Burn LKN. There are a lot of classes that work with my schedule which changes from week to week. The facilities are clean and well appointed.
