The support and community at BBC LKN is amazing. You are greeted daily as you arrive, the trainers know your name, they push you and coach you to be your personal best!! I appreciate how the trainers acknowledge that each person is at a different fitness level and they show multiple variations of each exercise to ensure all participants are comfortable but yet challenged. I've been training at Burn Boot Camp for a little over two years at my home location, so walking into the Cornelius spot, I figured I knew what to expect. I was right about the energy and commitment, but this place has its own thing going on: wide open space, high ceilings, and tons of natural light. A genuinely great atmosphere to train in. Signed up online to attend the Raleigh NC location during the free three day trial session. I only went one day during the free trial and never returned. This location charged my account the following month 159.00. Could not get a refund.
