Signed up online to attend the Raleigh NC location during the free three day trial session. I only went one day during the free trial and never returned. This location charged my account the following month 159.00. Could not get a refund.
I joined burn initially because of childcare and knowing I didn’t have to depend on sitters to show up so I could work out. But it’s so much more now! It’s showing up consistently and seeing results and knowing I will thank myself later! The child watch is AMAZING!! Every single person is so amazing! Impossible to get in touch with this company, which is especially concerning when they keep charging you. I emailed with a doctor’s note to cancel immediately and followed their policy. No response for nearly two months, yet they charged me twice. When I finally reached someone, they said they could only refund one month, so they are keeping money they should not have taken.
