Impossible to get in touch with this company, which is especially concerning when they keep charging you. I emailed with a doctor’s note to cancel immediately and followed their policy. No response for nearly two months, yet they charged me twice. When I finally reached someone, they said they could only refund one month, so they are keeping money they should not have taken. I have been attending burn bootcamp Lake Norman now for approximately 7 weeks now & in that short time I have been able to transform my fitness level to the best it has been in over 30 years... The staff and all members are very nice and friendly almost like a family that wants everyone to get the very best of the alotted workout time...
