Spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to schedule for my 4 year old son, with no answer. Can't review the care you provide if i cant even get a human to answer the damn phone. How are new patients ever supposed to get scheduled??
I just went into the burn clinic to have wound care from burns I received. It hurts to have the bandages removed. My nurse Chein was so gentle, I didn't feel her remove any of my bandages, she made sure to let me know everything she was doing. Her calm demeaner was so soothing. She was so professional yet made you feel as though you were her friend. I have ran into a lot of nurses since I get burned and not one of them has come close to her. The burn clinic is very lucky to have her!

In 44 years that was the best hospital / doctor's experience I've ever had. They are the best. Thank you for everything you guys have done.
